KARACHI: Asif’s plea admitted

KARACHI, March 29: Justice Azizullah M Memon of High Court of Sindh on Wednesday admitted a criminal revision application by Asif Ali Zardari against an order of a trial court dismissing his application for acquittal in murder case of Mir Murtaza Bhutto and seven others.

Barrister Azizullah K Shaikh, appearing for the applicant maintained that no evidence leading to conviction of the accused was brought before District and Sessions Judge, East trying the case in previous nine years and there was no probability of conviction of the accused.—APP
