KARACHI, March 23: Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) appointed selection committee, headed by former Olympian Akhtarul Islam, on Thursday named Karachi teams — Colours and Whites — for the qualifying rounds of 53rd national Inter-region hockey championship, to be played at Hyderabad from March 26.

The teams and reserves were selected after two-day trials which concluded at Hockey Club of Pakistan Stadium (HCPS) on Thursday.

The players are advised to report at Hockey Club of Pakistan at 2:30 pm for briefing.

Ahmed Alam, Kamran Ashraf, Qurban, Ziaul Haq, Rafi Farooqi, Mudasir, Subatian, Imran Mehmood, Manan, Naveed Shafi, Uzair, Ataif, Imran Majeed, Liaquait, Rashid, Adil, Sohail Zaidi, Hur Abbas, Danish, Asad Hussian.

Reserves: Abdul Saleem Khan, Attaus Samad, Abrar, Ali Murtaza, Khalid Mehmood, M. Murtaza, Khurram Razzaq
