Lab technician arrested for raping patient

LAHORE: The Naseerabad police arrested a laboratory technician for allegedly raping an ailing young girl in a washroom of the Gulab Devi Hospital.

According to the FIR, the 18-year-old patient was under treatment for chest infection in the hospital.

The accused took the girl to the washroom of an adjoining ward on the excuse of her check up and raped her.

The girl told her ordeal to her father who approached police.
