Quake jolts part of Balochistan

QUETTA, March 21: A moderate earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted the towns of Sibi, Harnai and Lehri in Balochistan on Tuesday but there were no reports of casualties or damage. Met office sources said the first tremor was felt in the areas at 11:52am and was recorded 5.2 on the Richter scale, and the second, 4.8 on the Richter scale, was felt at 12:09pm.

AFP ADDS: The temblor came just over 12 hours after a moderate aftershock hit parts of north-western Pakistan and Indian-held Kashmir that were devastated by the massive earthquake on Oct 8.
