Doctors in Gaza say Israel’s conflict is leading to an alarming increase in miscarriages. They say up to 10 patients are losing their unborn children each day in the besieged enclave, compared with one or two before the conflict, Al Jazeera reports.

An estimated 60,000 women in Gaza are pregnant, but the horrors of the conflict, malnutrition and a lack of healthcare have worsened their situation, according to Al Jazeera.
