Belgium Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib has said her country “condemns the Israeli parliament’s attempts to classify UNRWA as a terrorist organisation and to remove the immunity of its staff,” referring to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, Al Jazeera reports.
“UNWRA’s activities are essential for the Palestinians in the face of the dramatic humanitarian situation in Gaza,” she said on X.
