HYDERABAD, March 14: The district government would organise a flower show at the provincial-level in February next year and invite all districts, institutions and flower producers of the province to participate in it, said District Nazim Kanwar Naveed Jamil.

He said the flower show was aimed at encouraging horticulture in the city, at the concluding session of two-day Spring Flower Show organized by district government at Rani Bagh on Monday. The district government would organise an Aalami Mushaerah on March 30 at Dialdas Club, which was first of a series of social and cultural events to revive the city’s past glory, he said.—Bureau
