Turkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas, during a visit to Qatar on Tuesday to discuss humanitarian aid to Gaza, ceasefire efforts and hostages, a Turkish diplomatic source has said.
According to Reuters, Haniyeh will visit Turkiye at the weekend to hold talks with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan.
