PTI leader Barrister Gohar Khan lambasted the way ordinances were presented by the government, saying that “legislation should be done according to the National Assembly rules”.

Speaking to the media alongside party leaders Omar Ayub Khan and Asad Qaiser in Islamabad today, he said making law was the parliament’s job but it should be done properly “if ordinances have to be promulgated”.

“The government initiated legislation after violating the rules,” he added.

The PTI leader also extended an invitation to everyone to attend the anti-islamophobia event at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House later today at 3pm.
