The UN refugee agency for Palestinians says the situation in northern Gaza is especially “tragic, where aid via land is denied despite repeated calls”.
“Ramadan is approaching. The death toll continues to rise,” UNRWA said on X.
The agency called for “humanitarian access across the Gaza Strip and an immediate ceasefire are imperative to save lives”.
