PTI’s Musarrat Cheema has alleged that “national security is in danger” because of the newly elected government, which she claimed was “focusing on suppressing” the PTI.

In a post on X, Cheema said, “Since the government does not have a public mandate, their focus is on suppressing the party with the original mandate.”

Referring to a terrorist attack on Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail being thwarted, she expressed concern for ex-premier Imran Khan’s security, who is currently incarcerated there.

She claimed, “Currently, the country’s security is in danger due to mandate thieves.”
