Imprisoned PTI founder Imran Khan has claimed that the narrative of May 9 failed on election day, adding that the nation would not accept that his party committed treason.

“I fully back the statement of the Corps Commander Conference that the culprits of the May 9 tragedy should be punished,” he said in a message shared by the PTI on X (formerly Twitter).

Imran demanded that the perpetrators should be identified via CCTV footage as was done in the attack on the US Capitol in 2021.
