MPAs begin arriving as Sindh Assembly set to convene

Newly elected lawmakers have begun arriving at the Sindh Assembly as the provincial legislature is set to convene for the election of the speaker and deputy speaker.

Sajjad Soomro, a PTI-backed independent, reached the assembly along with four independents to take oath. Speaking to Dawn.com, he said all the PTI-backed independents would take oath today but would not take part in the election.
