PPP Sindh President Nisar Khuhro has told the GDA, PTI and JUI-F to “wait for the next elections” and not “waste time” staging protests.

While speaking to the media outside Sindh Assembly, Khuhro said that the parties should present evidence in courts for the alleged rigging, adding that protests were a sign of “disrespect” for the people’s mandate.

Khuhro went on to say that the said parties had been rejected by the people and were actually disrespecting the mandate by holding “unjustified” sit-ins, emphasising the need for the chaos to settle down as “politics of protests” weaken the country and cause political instability.

The PPP candidate said that the parties had never won more than five or six seats despite unity, highlighting that JUI had never won in Sindh.
