DERA GHAZI KHAN: PTI candidate for NA-185 Zartaj Gul’s supporters gathered outside the district returning officers (DRO) office to protest the non-receipt of Form 47 of the constituency.

Protesters pelted the office with stones in which District Police Officer Ahmad Mohiuddin was injured. Later, a video of the DPO being treated was posted online.

Ms Gul invited her supporters through a social media statement to come to the office of the returning officer to protect her mandate.

They gathered outside the deputy commissioner/DRO office and started protesting allegedly after not getting Form 47.

The police and the deputy commissioner were not available for comment.

Ms Gul also could not be reached for comment.
