The Palestine Red Crescent Society has released a video showing the burial of an infant girl and an elderly woman, aged 75, in the yard of Al-Amal Hospital.
The organisation said the two died after oxygen had ran out in the medical facility.
The government no longer has the budgetary space to continue carrying hundreds of billions of rupees in untargeted subsidies while the power sector itself remains trapped in circular debt, inefficiencies, theft and under-recovery.
