UN special rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories Francesca Albanese said “Israel has killed a higher share of population in Gaza (1.1 per cent) than that killed during the Russian invasion of Ukraine (0.2pc) and the war in Iraq (0.8pc).
“In much shorter time. No war in this century comes even closer to Israel’s extermination campaign in Gaza,” she said.
