There is great anticipation in Gaza for the upcoming humanitarian aid delivery. “The UN’s reports that “everyone in Gaza is hungry” are consistent with what we see on the ground,” Al Jazeera’s Hani Mahmoud reports from Rafah, Gaza

“We see the spread of malnutrition and the constant struggle to find food and drinkable water. As the famine spreads, an entire generation of children face the risk of stunted growth.

“There are also many people with chronic diseases who are struggling to find proper medical supplies. Vulnerable groups, such as children and pregnant women, are at great risk of infectious disease, especially with the winter season,” the reporter adds.
