The Bank of Israel has estimated that about $54bn (210 billion Israeli shekels) will be spent on the offensive in Gaza between 2023 and 2025, Al Jazeera reports citing Israel’s Channel 12.
Since October 7, Israel has invested $6.6bn (24.7 billion Israeli shekels) on the conflict, including on reinforcing Israel’s borders and funding for the more than 100,000 people displaced from the north and south of the country, the report said.
