Houthi spokesperson Mohammed Abdulsalam told Reuters that the overnight US strike that hit one of the group’s radar sites in Yemen will not deter it from waging attacks on Israel-linked vessels in the Red Sea.
Nasreddin Amer, the Houthis’ deputy information secretary, told Al Jazeera that the group will come back with a “strong and effective response” to the strike.
He added that the strike caused “no injuries, no material nor human losses”.
