KARACHI: PTCL waives surcharge

KARACHI, Feb 25: The PTCL referring to the newsitem “Telephone bills land at kebab shop” in Feb 25 issue of Dawn has said that “to provide relief to our 67 valued customers whose telephone numbers have been published in newspaper, it is informed that their surcharge is hereby waived off and their telephones will not be disconnected in routine disconnection.

“Moreover, stern action is being taken against the concerned courier on its negligence to avoid repetition of complaint.” The customers who do not get their telephone bills could approach the department on telephone No: 221 0744, or through email: mehmood.hashmi@ptcl.Net.pk
