At least seven civilians, mostly children and women, were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip overnight, Anadolu Agency reports, citing Palestinian news agency Wafa.

Several others were injured when Israeli shelling pounded a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp, according to Wafa.

Casualties were also reported from an Israeli shelling of another house in the Al-Zuwaida area in the central Gaza Strip. Israeli airstrikes also hit the city center of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, Wafa said.
