Soccer: Full points for Azam Sports

KARACHI, Feb 22: Khokhrapar National and Azam Sports moved ahead with penalty shootout victories in the All-Pakistan Shaheed-i-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan soccer at Colony Sports Football Club on Wednesday.

Khokhrapar National defeated Muslim Brother 4-2 on penalty kicks after both sides finished the stipulated time with a 1-1 score.

Syed Hussain found the target in the 15th minute for Muslim Brother before Imran Hussain levelled for Khokhrapar National in the 28th minute.

Azam Sports defeated Baloch Mohammadan 6-5 on penalty shootout.

The game was decided on penalties after the regulation time ended in a 1-1 draw.

Naseem Akhtar opened the scoring for Baloch Mohammadan in the 20th minute, while Waseem netted the equaliser for Azam Sports five minutes later.
