When Maulana … Noorani stood to speak on the resolution the Speaker queried are you opposed to Maulana Kausar Niazi or the resolution. Maulana Noorani replied, I want to oppose Maulana Kausar Niazi. During the speech of Maulana Noorani the Minister pointed out that the J.U.P. leader did not differ with the contents or the purpose of the resolution.
