Catherine Russell, executive director of Unicef, says access to clean water is a matter of life and death but children in Gaza barely have a drop to drink.
“Without safe water, many more children will die,” she writes on X.
“Constant bombing and restrictions on materials and fuel are preventing critical progress,” Russell adds.
