Netanyahu’s office says that Danish security and law enforcement agencies made the arrests in order to foil an attack, “the goal of which was to kill innocent civilians on European soil”, Al Jazeera reports.
In a statement, the office said that the seven individuals were acting “on behalf” of Hamas and that the arrests exposed “the expansion of Hamas infrastructure to Europe.”
