A spokesperson for the Palestinian Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qudra said in a statement that Israel has carried out 18 strikes in the latest attack, Middle East Eye reports.

Al-Qudra said that 179 Palestinians have been killed in the latest round of attacks, and 303 people have been wounded.

In the statement, al-Qudra adds that 70 medical personnel have been arrested and that 12 babies in intensive care are struggling due to the lack of resources in hospitals.

According to the ministry, 102 ambulances have been destroyed by Israeli aggressions, exacerbating the situation on the ground.
