Israeli forces, which invaded Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, have prevented medical staff from providing care to 10 injured people in the emergency unit, causing two of them to die, said Dr Ashraf al-Qudra, spokesman for the health ministry in Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

Qudra said in a statement on Telegram that soldiers forced the medical staff to gather all the injured people and the infants in the neonatal department on the second floor, and cut off food, water, and electricity.

The statement said that army forces have also prevented the medical staff from moving between hospital departments. They also prevented 12 infants in the neonatal department from receiving baby formula and cut electricity for their life-support machines.
