LAHORE, Feb 18: Wapda moved into All-Punjab Mian Badruddin memorial soccer quarterfinals with a convincing 3-0 win over Mujahid Club at Iqbal Park Sports Complex on Saturday. Wapda dominated the play from the start by leading 2-0 at breather.
Striker Tanveer broke the ice in the 14th minute, while midfielder Arif netted of a set piece 2-0 in the 25th minute. Tanveer completed the tally by scoring his second eight minutes before the end.
