A video posted on X by Al Jazeera Arabic shows the scale of destruction in the Tal az-Zaatar area in northern Gaza after more than seven weeks of Israeli bombardment.
“There’s total destruction here,” an elderly man told Al Jazeera as he stood next to a completely destroyed building.
Most of northern Gaza has been destroyed, forcing hundreds of thousands of people to flee their homes and seek refugee in the southern part of the besieged enclave.
