RAWALPINDI: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has launched electronic attestation system for private candidates to end the bogus attestation cases.

BISE Rawalpindi Chairman Adnan Khan said that in order to facilitate the private students e-attestation system has been introduced for the online admission form.

He said that the board was in process of automation and computerisation system and it provided facility to candidates to choose their respective area and get attestation online through designated schools heads.

BISE Controller of Examinations Prof Sajid Mahmood Farooqui explained that the private candidates of the matric first annual examination 2024 can submit their admission form from the board websitehttp://sscadm.biserawalpindi.edu.pk/private.

He said that students, after complete online proofreading form, take out the hard copy of the form and get his/her form verified online from the head of one of the institutes given on the admission form through their login.

“Before proofreading, he/she will check his/her data so that there is no room for any error in the admission form. The admission form with the list of institutions along with the submitted challan form will be taken by the private candidate to the head of the concerned institution. A copy of the admission form will be available on the portal of the institution.

The head of the institution will check the details of the private candidate from his portal and do e-attestation by pressing one button,“ he said.

He said that after the completion of the e-attestation stage, students can enter his/her B form from the website of the admission form board and hard copy on his/her online admission form on which his/her latest Passport size photograph and signature in English and Urdu will be recorded.

“Admission form complete in all respects with copy of deposited bank challan affixed and all necessary documents by post or manual will send on One Window / Facilitation Center or Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Morgah Rawalpindi,” he said.
