Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir and Imam-i-Kaaba Sheikh Saleh bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Humaid have condemned Israel’s “ongoing atrocities” in the besieged Gaza Strip.

The two also condemned the oppression of Muslims in occupied Kashmir and expressed solidarity with the people of Palestine and Kashmir, according to a press release from the Inter-Services Public Relations.

It added that the development came amid a meeting between the two at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
