US Secretary of State Antony Blinken took a positive approach on the passage of more aid trucks to the beseiged Gaza strip during talks with foreign minister Hakan Fidan, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said.

During the US diplomat’s visit to Ankara, Turkiye discussed the possibility of passage of 500 trucks of humanitarian aid daily to Gaza, Reuters quoted Erdogan as saying.

He said the country will take steps to provide ambulances, food, water and medication to the Palestinian enclave in cooperation with other countries.
