LAHORE, Feb 13: The Kings College London and St Thomas Hospitals, University of London, have offered one-year training facilities to the MBBS final year students of the King Edward Medical University.
Kings College London’s dean for external affairs Prof R.H Jones has made the offer in a letter written to KEMU dean Prof Mumtaz Hasan. The letter says that the institution is always interested in welcoming final year medical students from other parts of the world and developing academic links with their home institutions. The deadline for submitting application is March 31 for the academic year 2006-07, which runs from the beginning of September 2006 to the end of August 2007.
