Two Nepalese kidnapped in Kabul

KABUL, Feb 12: Two Nepalese nationals have been kidnapped in Kabul and police are working to secure their release, the government said on Sunday.

The men were snatched in the centre of the city early on Saturday, the interior ministry said.

“Police and detective organisations are investigating to locate the kidnappers and release the two Nepalese citizens who were kidnapped yesterday morning in Kabul,” it said. “Police are trying to win their release.”—AFP
