KARACHI, Feb 6: A workshop on research methodology was organized by the Sobhraj Maternity Hospital in collaboration with the Community Health Sciences Department of the Aga Khan University Hospital and the University of Albama.

The workshop is a part of the new research, funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH), USA, on improving the health of mother and newborn.

The aim of holding the workshop is to build senior doctors’ capacity through research. Dr Shabeen Naz Masood, Medical Superintendent of the Sobhraj Maternity Hospital said in a press statement that the 20-hour workshop was being conducted by Dr Sarah Saleem, Assistant Professor at the CHS department, and Dr Tahira Raza.—PPI/APP
