National camp from today

ISLAMABAD, Feb 1: The national hockey training camp for this month’s home and away Test series with India is due to start at the Pakistan Sports Complex on Thursday.

Pakistan will play matches at Jallandhar (Feb 16) and Chandigarh (Feb 18 & 20) on the first leg of the series before returning home for Tests at Rawalpindi (Feb 22), Faisalabad (Feb 24) and Lahore (Feb 26).

Coaches Asif Bajwa and Rana Mujhaid along with team manager Saeed Khan will supervise the camp for which the following players have been invited:

Nasir Ahmed, Zeeshan Ashraf, Adnan Maqsod, Imran Warsi, Tariq Aziz, Adnan Zakir, Akhtar Ali, Dilawar Hussain, M. Javed, Azhar Iqbal, Muhammad Imran, Salman Akbar, Sajjad Anwar, Muhammad Zubair, Waqas Vikki, Yasir Islam, Shakeel Abassi, Kashif Yaqoob, Rehan Butt, Mudassir Ali Khan, Waqas Sharif, Imran Khan Yousufzai, Mudassar Khan, Muhammad Shabir, Muhammad Saqlain, Ihsanullah, Imran Shah, Muhammad Attique, Shabbir Khan, Aamir Shahzad.
