Inam crushes Abbas

KARACHI, Jan 25: Veteran Inam Gul advanced to the semifinal of the men’s singles of the Sindh Open ranking tournament when he outclassed Ghulam Abbas 6-0, 6-1 on Wednesday at Defence Club. Khwaja Hamza and Imran Mooraj will clash in the final of boys’ under-11 after winning their semifinals.

Hamza downed Sheryar Ahmad while Imran outplayed Vinod Das.

Men singles (second round) Jahangir Rashid bt Adil 6-2, 6-3; Yasir Khan w/o Vinod Das

Semifinal: Inam Gul bt Ghulam Abbas 6-0, 6-1 .

Boys U-11 semifinals Khwaja Hamza bt Sheryar Ahmed 6-4, 6-0; Imran Mooraj bt Vinod Das 6-2, 6-3

Juniors U-17 quarterfinal Syed Abbas Razi bt Salman Ahmed 6-2, 7-5.
