KARACHI, Jan 25: Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil has asked local philanthropists and private sector to assist the government in improving educational standards in government schools. Talking to the Executive Director of the Centre for Philanthropy, Islamabad, Shehnaz Wazir Ali, at her office on Wednesday, Ms Nasreen said a social revolution could be brought about only in an educated society.

She told Nasreen that her organisation was committed to improving standards at identified government schools and updating their facilities under a private-public partnership.
