LAHORE, Jan 20: Punjab University Teaching Departments won the university Inter-collegiate women basketball championship beating Government College, Baghbanpura 42-24 in the final on Friday.

The winners led the first half 16-14 and increased the lead considerably in the second half. For the winning side, Sana, Humaira, Yasmin, Sehrish and Mehreen Fatima played well.— Sports Correspondent
