GUJRANWALA: An underage servant boy was tortured by a woman who broke his nose for not cleaning the house properly in the DC Colony on Tuesday.

The Cantt police registered a case against the woman and arrested her and her husband.

The victim boy told the media that he was working for Samira and her husband Jamshed Bajwa for the last three years. On Monday, Samira got enraged and subjected him to severe torture for not cleaning the house properly.

She broke the bone of his nose and wanted to torture him more but he ran away to save his life.

The victim reached the DC Colony’s security guard who bandaged his nose. A video clip of the torture also went viral.

Cantt Station House Officer Manzar Saeed took action and registered a case against Samira and Jamshed.

ASI Inam Ali along with a woman constable arrested Sameera and Jamshed.

ACCIDENT: A speeding truck ran over a couple who were going for the Eid shopping.

A motorcycle rider, Malik Zulfiqar, a resident of Mughalpura, and his wife Mussarat were going for Eid shopping for their children on a motorcycle. As he was taking a U-turn on the GT Road, the truck coming from the opposite direction hit his motorcycle. As a result, both the husband and wife died on the spot.

The rescuers shifted the bodies to the District Headquarters Hospital Wazirabad.

The truck driver attempted to escape but the locals caught him and handed him over to the police.
