KARACHI: A woman was murdered allegedly by her husband in the Usmanabad area within the remit of the Kalakot police station on Monday.

Police said that Tahira, 40, was stabbed to death by her husband, Ateeq, who managed to escape.

Area SHO Imtiaz Mirjat said that the couple had quarrelled with each other over domestic issues. He said the victim had four daughters and two sons. The body was shifted to the CHK for a post-mortem examination.
