TOBA TEK SINGH: A Faisalabad FIA cyber crime wing team, led by inspector Iram Raza Shah, during a raid on Wednesday arrested 10 people for issuing counterfeit passports in Umair Town located on Sargodha Road.

The team recovered 15 Pakistani and two Afghani fake passports, dozens of counterfeit national identity cards, 20 mobile phone sets, three internet devices and a number of visa stamps of different countries.

The arrested have been identified as Suhaib Ahmad, Muhammad Shahid, Shahid Hameed, Tahir Ali, Muhammad Waqas, Sufian Ahmad, Muhammad Adeel and Ammar Khan against whom a case was registered and they were sent behind bars.

ROOF COLLAPSE: A roof collapse claimed lives of two animals and injuries to two men and 10 animals here on Wednesday at Chak 29 JB located on Aminpur Road, Faisalabad.

Reports said roof of a shed caved in as a result two animals died and 10 others along with two shed employees Banaris Masih and Munir Ahmad suffered injuries.

Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to Allied hospital.

HONOUR KILLING: A man killed his wife for honour on Wednesday at Faisalabad’s Chak Jhumra village 106 RB Babaywala and courted arrest.

According to police, Muhammad Ali suspected that his wife Uzma Perveen, a mother of three, had loose morals. On Wednesday, he strangled her with her scarf.
