KARACHI: A man was found murdered in Manghopir on Saturday, police said.

They said that the partially burnt body that bore marks of torture was found in a desolated place near Mehmood Goth in Khairabad. The victim appeared to be in his mid-20s.

The police believed he was killed somewhere else by criminals, who later dumped the body in bushes and set it on fire.

Meanwhile, a stray bullet claimed the life of a minor boy in Korangi on early Saturday morning.

The Korangi Industrial Area police said that six-year-old Abdul Ghani was killed when a bullet hit him in the head near Qayumabad Bridge.
