KOHAT, Jan 8: Burglars broke into the house of a civil judge in broad daylight here on Saturday and escaped with cash and gold ornaments. Civil judge Ambreen Naveed said in an official complaint to the Janglekhel police station that she had left for the court in the morning after properly locking the doors of her house situated in the C&W Colony on OTS Road, a heavily guarded military area.
When the judge returned home in the afternoon, she found the locks of the main entrance broken and Rs50,000 in cash and jewellery worth Rs100,000 missing from her house.
