MIANWALI: A youngster shot dead her elder sister allegedly for not serving him breakfast in time here on Monday at Mohallah Hajiabad in Kundian town.

Reports said Ahsan Ajmal asked his elder sister Rubab for preparing breakfast which got delayed for some reason.

The delay infuriated Ahsan who pulled out his 30-bore pistol and fired on his sister who was critically injured and rushed to Kundian Rural Health Centre where she succumbed to her wounds.

On the complaint of Ajmal Khan, father of the deceased, Kundian police have registered a case against Ahsan.

GRAVEYARDS: A campaign to remove encroachment from graveyards of the district started here on the directions of Mianwali DC Mohammad Omair.

A large chunk of land was retrieved from grabbers in Piplan tehsil from the graveyards located

at Kundian Pacca, Chak No.01 DB, 07 DB and Khola.
