Adil’s century puts Wapda in command

LAHORE, Dec 23: Fine unbeaten century by opener and captain Adil Nisar helped Wapda amassed 268-2 against Service Industries in Patron’s Trophy Grade-I match which started at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad on Friday after no play on the first day due to fog.

Adil (145) strucked 21 boundaries and Aamer Sajjad (61) with (five fours, one six) so far had added 142 runs for the unbroken third wicket.

Adil also laid a strong foundation by adding 71 runs for the opening stand with Asif Hussain (26, four fours) and 55 runs with Tariq Aziz (23, four fours) in the second wicket partnership.
