KARACHI: Armed men looted cell phone, expensive camera and other valuables from a journalist and YouTuber in Federal B Area on Monday, police said.

Tanveer Ahmed, who had worked with private news channels as reporter and now running his own YouTube channel, filed a complaint before the Yusuf Plaza police station stating that that he and other journalists were covering a woman’s story in Block-16 near Sagheer Centre.

They were busy in the coverage when four armed muggers riding two motorbikes emerged there, held them at gunpoint and snatched cameras, mobile phone and other valuables worth hundreds and thousands of rupees from him.
