Concert raises Rs20m for survivors

ISLAMABAD, Dec 19: Crown Prince Frederic and Princess Mary of Denmark on Sunday night attended a concert in Copenhagen to raise funds for the earthquake-affected people.

The event raised Rs20 million with the city government of Copenhagen donating Rs10 million, says a message received from the Danish capital.

The programme was organized by three Danish brothers of Pakistan origin — Kashif, Asif and Aamer Ahmed.

Eleven popular Danish artistes performed on the occasion.
