The ECP has clarified that people whose votes are in the polling list can cast their votes.
"Any allegations regarding the vote being included in the deceased persons' list is baseless propaganda," the electoral body said in a tweet. "It is a conspiracy to disrupt the voting process and the public should not believe in it," it added.
